Shopping and Valentine's Day

 Sure was pretty out so we decided to get out for a Valentine treat and get burgers in Nunap. We'd called earlier and found that they'd be open so we hopped to it and headed out.

 Well, we made it, but found out that she had run out of hamburgers and fries. So, off to Kasigluk we ran to pursue groceries from their large store.

 I invited Gwen in to work with some of my students on Valentine's Day. She taught all the groups to make Origami Hearts. We used them to make special cards for their parents.

 It was a fun project as the students hadn't made them before. Once they got the hang of it, they could make all sizes and colors.
